Where to put technical questions

Please post technical questions to the appropriate Microsoft newsgroups:

Forums

Newsgroups and forums are separate communities. I'm active in the newsgroups (Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer), but not in the forums. Wish I could, but I can't due to time restrictions. But there are a lot of people in both the newsgroups and the forums providing answers to your questions, so it's really your choice which one to use. But decide on one of them and do not post the same question to the newsgroups and the forums. It makes finding information more difficult for all of us, including yourself.

Further, look at the Microsoft CRM Community homepage. There are links to many other blogs and web sites dealing with the CRM server.

As I receive too much technical questions via email, please use the above links to get your questions answered. There're good reasons to use them anyway:

1. There is a growing community and chances are high that you get an answer from one of the community members.
2. Everyone reading the newsgroup will benefit from your question and the answers.
3. I don't have access to my mail account when working at the customer - POP3 is blocked for security reasons. However, I read the newsgroups during the day.
